What Is Energy?
In physics, energy is the quantitative property that is transferred to a body or to a physical system, recognizable in the performance of work and in the form of heat and light. Energy is a conserved quantity the law of conservation of energy states that energy can be converted in form, but not created or destroyed.
In simpler terms energy is the ability to do work. We use different forms of energy in our daily lives to do all different kinds of work, to achieve goals and to ultimately reach our objectives. Where there is no energy, there is no activity. Energy exists in many different forms. Examples of these are: light energy, heat energy, mechanical energy, gravitational energy, electrical energy, sound energy, chemical energy, nuclear or atomic energy and so on. Each form can be converted or changed into the other forms.
Everything is made of energy, it is vital for us to understand that without it nothing would be. If our intent is to reach new levels and achieve the seemingly "impossible", we must channel our energy. The late Dr Myles Munroe said "Whatever you do not mange, you will lose", so it is imperative for us manage our energy and channel it through focus.
I believe we all have greatness within us but we must push ourselves beyond the bounds of our comfort in order to "unleash" the greatness that is whtun each and every one us.
1.Get clarity on what you want. Most of us do not achieve because we are not clear about what we aim to achieve. We live our lives drifting aimlessly and we are surprised when we never reach new frontiers.
2.Visualise what you want. Believe you are capable of achieving it, for believing is seeing. Imagination is very powerful, a popular quote says "If you can imagine it, you can do it". Desire it -
Proverbs 18:1 | Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom. Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
3.Align your actions with your outcome (See SYSTEMS VS GOALS blog post)https://aphelelesdreams.blogspot.com/2022/07/systems-versus-goals.html
