Be Solution Concious

The world has always favored those who had solutions, the problem solvers.What problems are you solving in the world today?

Those who amass large amounts of wealth and make a name for themselves seem to always be bearers of an answer to somebody's call. From ploticians to astute business people to health care practioners, one thing remains common ;They exist to fill a "need" in the "makert".

The world has many problems and it needs solutions.Examples below :

1.Tesla  exists to solve a problem.

2.DHL courier company exists to solve a problem.

3.Boeing exists to solve a problem.

4.Cellphones exist because they solve a problem.

5.Banks exist......

6.NGO's exist to solve a problem. 

7.Houses exist because they solve a problem. 

Almost everybody has a solution but they might just not realize it. You might just think you are working a job but you are either selling products or providing services (This is problem solving) 

1.Plumbers solve problems. 

2.Musicians solve problems. 

3.Mathematicians solve problems. 

4.Politicians solve problems (or atleast they attempt to hahaha) 

5.Nurses solve problems. 

My point is we should not focus on the problem but the solution. This means that if we have a problem of land pollution, we must find ways to solve it (e.g Do not focus on the dirt, focus on recycling). Recycling in this case is a solution. Generally in life we all notice the problem but very few come up with solutions and execute. 

Whenever you provide a solution, you will  become more valuable. Solution Concious people are assets rather than abilities. Human kind faces all kinds of problems and those who focus on solving them. 

My second point about being solution concious is that it  offers a base for positive change in society. All the greatest inventors (e.g Elon Musk) understand the value of creatively providing solutions. We can all have solutions but at the end of the day the most effective ones trump the common ones. The automotive industry for instance solves a transportation problem but Elon Musk just did a better job by finding a more effective and eco-friendly solution. In a few more years most car manufacturers will be making fully electric car - following in the footsteps of the man with the most efficient & effective solution at this time. 

This is to say whenever we find solutions, we must not only think about doing it faster but better and doing it cheaper may help though this is not necessarily always the case. To set yourself apart you must come with unique solutions and be a pioneer in your field or in the area of your calling. The more extraordinary your solutions are the better (This is not in any way to discourage ordinary solutions).

A Transformed Mind

Many of us are rigid in thought hence we are stagnant in life. The good news is that we have the ability to change our minds - our thought patterns (perceptions, beliefs..) One of my prayers these days is "God transform my mind". That is because i am well aware that if my mind is transformed, my life will be transformed. Our thoughts are often revealed in our actions.
