Self Talk

The conversations with yourself are the most important ones.

Our conversations determine our outlook in life, those who talk about hope, love and faith display these qualities conversely those who talk about worry, lack and doubt display these parallel qualities. People who commit crimes, spend time having conversations about how they will pull of their crimes. People who talk about bringing a positive change in society, spend their time talking about  how to change present reality.

In your mind there is always a conversation going on, a thought process that seems to be back and forth. We either rise or fall by the quality of our conversations. Elon Musk spends a lot of his time having conversations about innovation & problem solving at the highest level, which is why he has risen to great heights financially and otherwise. Poor and underachieving people spend their time having conversations about their poverty and failure to achieve what they desire hence they live their lives in a loop of misery.

Now that I have pointed out how our conversations affect us.. What is the state of your most recurring conversations in your mind? The answer to this question is very important because what you constantly think about will manifest itself sooner or later. Negative self Talk will soon reflect itself outwardly...This is why self affirmations matter so much, those who affirm themselves as unworthy & unqualified  attract what they think about.. Because the law of attraction states that you attract what you think about.

The conversations in your mind must lift you up and not pull you down.. Pay close attention to your self Talk and you might just realise you are the one standing In your own way.

What do you say to yourself when you have made a mistake?

What do you say to yourself when you fail?

What do you say to yourself when you go through the undesirable?

What do you say to yourself when people leave you?

What do you say to yourself when you come up short?

What do you say to yourself when you look in the mirror?

You rise and fall by the quality of your self Talk, if you speak down to yourself through negative thought patterns, you can begin to change your familiar thoughts for new positive ones.

NOTE:Self Talk either propels you or traps us, it can either be a capturing or liberating.
