The Process
The seed doesn't become the tree.
The tree doesn't bear fruits.
The orange (fruit) doesn't become orange juice Without going through the process.
The process is arguably more important that the end result (In this case the orange juice is the end result). In life we all have a desired end, something we would like to be or have or somewhere we would like to live.I want to explain that it doesn't matter what your desired end is but what matters is the process.. But the process requires patience, which many of us seem to be without, hence we are called the "micro-wave generation".
The process takes time hence many of us do not like the process. We want things now and we want them fast so we disregard the process. Patience must be weaved into the process if we are to reach our desired destination.
The other thing I want to highlight is that at all times we are exposed to someone's end not their process. Everyone would like to be Nelson Mandela, loved and respected all over the world but would you love the 27 years imprsionment? I know I wouldn't...
Most people who seem to be a success only show us their achievements and mansions but never their process. We then assume it just happened when in fact nothing just happens..
Joseph in the Bible had a vision (desired end) and he saw himself as a king on the throne, taking care of his family.. What he did not see however, was how he was going to end up on the throne (The process). We are all somehow like Joseph, we have dreams and visions but maybe we just underestimate the process.
In other words I am saying that we all want something but we must realize that it might cost more than we realize to bring it to fruition. Joseph did end up on the throne after going through a process filled with pain and major challenges. You can get to your destination but it will cost you something. The BIG question is are you willing to pay the price?
I do not know what your dream is, but i know one thing for sure it will cost you something. The bigger the dreams you have, the bigger the challenges you will face...and remember everytime you try to go higher there will always be turbulence. Nothing worth having comes easy... Your role models went through difficult times to be where they are today.
What makes you think you can skip the process and still get the results?
Note : If you try to avoid the process, your desired results will also "avoid" you.
