Succession Plan

I have noticed throughout time that the majority of our families do not have a succession plan. This implies that the creations of a single generation are not shared with subsequent generations."Success without a successor is failure," as the late Dr. Myles Munroe once stated.

Unlike all of my other writings, this one will focus mostly on my lovely nation, "The Kingdom of Eswatini."I am writing this work because I have observed throughout time that all of a matriarch's or patriarch's hard work dies with them.Their legacy is left in ruins after they pass away. This culture has resulted in chaos and a great deal of internal strife as everyone vies for control.

Any serious student of world history will quickly discover that every great kingdom that has endured through the ages has a well-thought-out succession plan in place.Even if there is a well-thought-out succession plan in our families, it is rarely followed because of the widespread feelings of rivalry and greed-to the point where we ultimately kill and hate one another.

It is paramount that we begin to think how we as a people can fashion systems into our lives that will sustain whatever we build in our lifetime.
