David versus Goliath

Most of us feel overwhelmed by the challenges we face such that fear begins to be the governing authority in our lives. When we live our lives in fear, we develop an inferiority complex. People who feel inferior & incapable are less likely to achieve anything above average. Fearful people live lives plagued with doubt and worry.

The story of David and Goliath is a representation of many of our lives, where we seem to be facing a big "giant" that supercedes our strength and ability. In my point of view, we are "David" and the world is full of challenges (Goliath's). Unfortunately in most cases we do not realize that we are more than capable of dealing effectively with our challenges and taking the opportunity that they bring with them. Challenges have in them opportunity, but it is not always easy to spot.

We often times find ourselves feeling small because of the size of what is opposing us, failing to remember in that moment that we are more than victorious. This type of thinking has a low energy vibration hence it cripples us and hinders our growth and development. Almost all the people i meet have this inferiority complex and they feel victimized by the world. This is NOT the attitude that a child of the most high should have.

My hope is that we can begin to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way through faith, hardwork and prayer-thus inspire others just like our classic example which is David. One of the things that set David apart is that he did not focus on the size of his enemy (challenge) but the size of his God, this gave him faith and courage to do the seemingly impossible in his generation. Be a solution oriented person and you will automatically set yourself apart from the helpless complainers who are wasting their potential. At times the challenge seems too big for you to overcome, but i want to remind you that you were "designed" to overcome.

Most people died with solutions and answers, my intent in this text is to awaken the warrior in you. The world needs you to play your role and to defeat whatever type of "Goliath" standing in your way.
